Sarah goes to Belfast | Part 3

Hello, everybody. I'm back from another trip so are you ready for part three? Third day was another cycling day, so bare with me with all the photos featuring the bicycle. I must say the spinning classes I've been taking in the gym really paid off. I might to do a little post about spinning classes soon, well I warned you.

Johnathan and I spent day three cycling to Lisburn City which took us more than a couple of hours. Usually, Johnathan only takes one hour and half to reach there without me so you can imagine how weak I am compared to all my athletic friends but I do try, it's something.

The weather was rather perfect that day, it did not rain a single drop as we were cycling so thanked God for giving us one dry day to cycle through nature.

Along the way, we passed by an abandoned factory. I loved it, it was so mesmerising. You could just stand there and imagine a whole The Walking Dead episode. Broken windows, nobody in sight, out grown bushes and dead leaves everywhere. Perfect location for The Walking Dead filming site. I don't see this kind of locations often so I hope I come by more in the future.

Here's a proper photo of Johnathan, credits goes to him for taking most of my photos and being an amazing host.

Left a little "Sar was here" on the wall if I ever visit that wall again and if you guys do ever come by that wall, let's see if you can spot it.

A little fun on this section under the bridge, we even climbed up through the sides and slide down. Fun should never have an age limit.

Do you see it?

Finally arrived Lisburn City, this structure felt like a finishing line. After crossing little bridges, going through tiring uphills, cycling in the woods, going downhills and through muddy trails, so satisfying.

We did a little exploring in the city before stopping for a late lunch before evening came.

Lisburn Train Station where we took the train home because lazy me could not be bothered to cycle back plus it was getting dark too. The train ticket man was so kind to give us a little discount because I didn't have enough change with me, definitely need to remember that and pass the act of kindness.

The train ride with the bicycles was pretty cool, we had to put on a seat belt for them.

When we got back, Johnathan had to head to training while I other hand cycled to Isaiah's place when it started to rain again and returned his bike. Guess what I did next? Who am I kidding? You wouldn't know. WE BAKED MUFFINS ! It was my first time.

Not to shabby right?

To end my day, I took these couple of photos while walking to my hostel. It was raining rather heavily but I was well prepared with my trusty old denim jacket, blue disney umbrella and gloves so it was a beautiful walk back.
Part 4 is on its way.
