Sarah goes to Penang

A little getaway to see another part of the beautiful Malaysia? Why not?

We chose Penang to be our first airbnb experience and I'd like to say I was fully satisfied with the location, price and the process. I booked a place in a condominium by the sea so the view was beautiful and the host was friendly as she can be. I've used airbnb for a couple of times now and both those times were great experiences. I'm not too sure to recommend it to you guys yet because it might not be for everyone but of course, do give it a try. You never know maybe you might like it, it is always nice to try something new. I apologise that I lack photos of the place we stayed but if you messaged me, I would be happy to send you the link of the accommodation. I've also left out a lot of photos from places we visited because I'm a lazy bum to be scrolling through albums at this time of the night so you guys would just have to settle with what I have on my laptop.

I really like how my hair looks like it's at shoulder length, might try it soon.

Questioning the art of this

Only posted this because maya's disturbing us with a voice changer from the toy store.

And yes, we purchased the cute backpacks (and a toy voice changer).

Overall, we had a blast during the trip (well, I did and hope they don't mind me saying that on their behalf). We were dropped off to see temples and places to eat by a taxi driver that we decided to make him ours for the trip so instead of scrolling through tripadvisor, he brought us everywhere he thought we should take a look. Hence, the reason why I did not state the locations we visited because I have absolutely no idea. To sum it all up, it was food food temple food temple food toy store food famous artworks food food and food. Before I forget, it was lovely of Alex and Johan to come have dinner with us on the first night and Weiwei for being just an absolute delight to have around. I'm just so thankful for this trip because I got out so many memories from it. Walks after dinners, peaceful morning swims, card games at home, throwing puns at each other, goofing about like fourteen year olds and basically always having a laugh in each other's companies. It was a lovely trip and of course, not the last because I'm planning on visiting more states in Malaysia with this bunch. Special shoutout to carmy for taking high quality photos, you're my number one. Until then, God bless.
