Pescatarian February

Alright, I guess it is the start of my year now since it's the first of February. A tiny bump of a start because I had a misunderstanding with my volunteering schedule but that's ok. I guess it's a good thing as well because I'm got up rather early this morning which leaves me no choice to get things done. Rather productive Monday if I say so myself.

Another reason for this post is that I'm announcing my 'Pescatarian February'. Just to be honest here, I missed my no meat month last year because I delayed it for so many months that the year ended. Therefore, I'm replacing it this year. I just felt like doing it, ok? Just so I don't stress myself out from restraining myself from meat, I decided to give myself 7 cheat days. My blog, my body, my rules. This shouldn't be surprising but I used 1 of my 7 cheat days literally today, the first day of 'Pescatarian February'. I had roasted duck rice for brunch and herbal chicken soup I made last night for dinner but I did go to the gym today. That should make me feel better about myself right? Anyways, look forward for more lists and Sarah goes anywhere posts in the coming days. Until then, God bless.
